What does that clock say...6AM?
Today was my first morning not having to wake up at 3:40 or earlier in the past 7 weeks. I did wake up and did a little cardio before going to work which made me feel good. I worked out last night good with my BFf-Beth. I feel upset now if I don't sweat and I sweat last night and this AM. I also got to eat more types of food yesterday and it almost makes you feel even better when you eat healthy food because you MADE that choice and not THAT WAS your choice. In Jan. Even Feb I could eat a whole 6in subway, a bag of chips, a big soda and immediately look for a cookie or something else because I would still be unsatisfied but yesterday (and I have a witness) I had HALF of a 6in turkey sub, wheat bread, and lots of veggies---so I had 3in sub and 4 pretzels sticks and I was so full that I didn't think of eating again til 3 hours later. Which was perfect because I needed to eat something again to keep my metabolism running. I miss April, Niki, and Master Chief! I want to go and at least sit in the sauna so I can chit chat with them but they are separated now...=( I will admit that I was thinking that they might bring me back and I was pumped to get back in the race.....However when I thought that I would have been placed with O.C.M.C and GI then I thought to myself, " I am happy where I am" It is no offense to them- they have been nice to me the whole time but like the Final Four will say- when you trust and grow accustomed to one thing for so long- you will resist the UNFAMILIAR! I guess that is why starting a diet is so hard--ha ha!
