When I dip, you dip, we dip

Can you say bench dips? Sit on a bench-hands right at your side and stretch your feet out in front of you. Slide your booty off the bench and your triceps are used to lower your seat down to the floor and back up. I feel it in my arms! Oww! If anyone else heard this morning- Karson said he was going to come work out with us---We'll be lookin for ya Karson.

BTW- my chicken and veggie pouches from Mrs. Dash recipe website is really yummy. Chicken, peppers, little onion, and yellow squash with Mrs dash in aluminium foil packets. It didn't that that look to prepare and 25 mins to cook in the oven. Easy clean up.
