One day down and about 40 to go! We had to do stairs- "Up to the first floor and down, up to the second and down, and so on!" The hardest thing for me was to lie on your back, hands under your L. back and straight leg 6in from the ground for 1 min- That is hard- no touching the ground or that is an extra 10 seconds. I played songs in my head to help me get through up/downs- like "Check on it" and "Walk it out" - The trainers are tough but not mean so far- SO FAR! I woke up boxing and I was dancing in my car and I'll be dancin all the way through. Truth be told- I am a little sore now that I have stopped moving- I'll be alright! If this is a taste of Army bootcamp that much respect to you!
